Do I need to sign up for classes or can I just drop in?

We recommend signing up online here to reserve your spot, but drop ins are always welcome


 

I’ve never practiced yoga before, is that ok?

Yes. All of our classes are all levels, and our space is intimate to make sure each student gets the support they deserve.


 

Are your classes heated?

Nope. We like to build heat from within.


 

When can I start coming to classes during my pregnancy?

You can start coming to prenatal yoga at any stage of pregnancy, and it’s also recommended while you are preparing your body for pregnancy as well.


 

When can I start coming to yoga after my baby is born?

We recommend always talking with your doctor about starting physical activity after having your baby. Our teachers are all trained to work specifically with mothers and support you in taking breaks as needed. The most important thing is for you to take care of your body.


 

What should I bring to class?

We have all the props you will need, and we have mats for rent, but bring one if you have one. For support groups and Milk + Honey Groups, just bring yourself, your baby, and whatever you need to be comfortable.


 

What should I wear?

Whatever makes you happy and comfy makes us happy and comfy. Sweats from yesterday? Perfect. New top from your most recent target run. Awesome. Fancy dress? Probably not, but whatever floats your beautiful boat.


 

What if my baby cries, needs to eat, needs a diaper change, or needs anything else during class?

Welcome to motherhood, honey. We so get it. Crying, nursing, shushing, swaddling, rocking, wearing, changing, and everything in between is welcome at honey day or night.


 

Do you have free wifi? A place to pump? A place to store my pumped milk while I work in the lounge?

Yup. Yup. And yup.
