Prenatal Yoga

Tuesdays, 7:30pm + Saturdays, 9am

Honey Prenatal Yoga is a mix of movement, meditation, mantra...and motherhood. Our all levels classes are perfect for beginners and regular practitioners. Our intimate space allows for small classes, and personalized care from our teachers.

Our Honey Yoga will support you and your growing baby to connect with other expecting mamas in your chapter, and give your body what is so needs and deserves. Each class will include a time for extended check-in as a time to share (if you would like to) and learn from one another.

Create your ritual. See you at honey yoga, honey.
