At Honey we believe in family. Both yours, and ours.
Introducing our team.
Brooke Miller, MA, CA-LMFT, E-RYT
Founder of Honey Space for Moms
After surviving two brain surgeries, watching her childhood home burn down, being weighed down with (and ultimately beating) an eating disorder, body image issues and years of depression and anxiety....it was motherhood that truly brought Brooke to her knees, cracked her open, and changed her perspective from every angle. A former nanny, yoga teacher, psychotherapist, wife, daughter, sister, mother, and "trailblazer" according to San Francisco's 411 Magazine, Brooke blends business with heart no matter what she takes on. Her dream to open a comprehensive motherhood wellness center became a reality after she moved to Michigan from California in 2014. With her 2.5yr old and 6-month old in tow, Brooke opened "Honey Studio", later to grow into Honey Space for Moms + Moms-to-be in 2016. She unapologetically wears her heart on her sleeve and holds the space at Honey with little bit four-letter-word meets 'my best friend the therapist', combined with endless cups of hot coffee and me-too moments. She's real...just like motherhood. And she'll probably give you a hug and call you honey. Because it just feels good.
"Brooke is incredible. A light. A visionary for mothers and babies."
- Ricki Lake, Actor & Producer of The Business of Being Born

The newest new mama on our Honey Team, our sweet Lucy is Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. We believe #fedisbest at honey, so we heart Lucy’s like-minded approach. Whether breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, or somewhere in between, Lucy gifts mamas the compassion and support they deserve along with warm and welcoming support that respects their individual needs and goals.
Front desk first face
One of four girls and mother of four boys, Jen is no stranger to holding and managing space, emotions, logistics, and everything in-between. This beautiful wife of 15 years, mama and shoe-obsessed, cooking, vespa-riding yogi may just be the first bright face you see when you walk into honey. A former corporate working mama, she now manages the “front office” of honey like a Queen.

This strong, present, passionate woman is a mother, wife, and former pre-school teacher. A deep love and appreciation for young children as well as a desire to help support parents, Sam is always connected to her purpose and her 'why'. After losing her second son soon after his birth, Sam surrounded herself with others who have gone through loss, realizing that being with others who connected with her experience was the most healing of all. She now leads our miscarriage + loss group, and connects with parents privately, helping them to find the best path of healing for their family.
