The Honey Evening Moms Group
The Honey Evening Moms Group is a monthly evening gathering for women in all stages of motherhood, from postpartum to raising pre-teens to perimenopause and everything in between.
This is a space to talk honestly about what it means to be a mother and a woman, without having to explain yourself, perform wellness, or rush toward solutions.
Each month, we’ll explore a universal theme connected to motherhood and womanhood. Things like identity, rage, boundaries, exhaustion, desire, grief, guilt, friendship, co-parenting, marriage, self-trust, and the emotional labor no one warned us about.
You may cry until you laugh, laugh until you cry. Groups are designed to support you in feeling clearer, more grounded, fully human, and deeply validated.
This is not a class.
It’s not a support group where you have to share if you don’t want to.
And it’s not therapy. Though it is therapeutic.
The group is led by Honey founder, licensed psychotherapist and mother of two, Brooke Miller, who brings over 20 years of experience holding groups, supporting mothers, and creating emotionally safe spaces where real conversation can happen. Brooke will gently guide the evening, offer context and reflection, and hold the container, while allowing the wisdom in the room to emerge naturally.
Come as you are.
Once a month.
In the evening.
With other women who get it.
No pressure. No performance. Just real connection.
