We accept HSA and FSA payments.
When you request an appointment, our team will verify your benefits first and explain your coverage before your first session. We also submit claims on your behalf—no navigating the system alone.
Self-Pay Rates
If you’re not using insurance or prefer to pay privately, our rates are:

Understanding Insurance & Your Financial Responsibility
When you request an appointment, our team will collect the necessary information about your insurance plan and help you understand your coverage to the best of our ability. However, it’s important to know that it is ultimately your responsibility to review and understand the details of your plan — including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and any limitations on mental health services.
If you choose to use insurance, we will submit claims on your behalf for each session. You will be responsible for any portion of the fee that your insurance does not cover, including the following

A deductible is the total amount you must pay out-of-pocket before your insurance begins to contribute to the cost of services. Deductibles reset each year. For example, if your deductible is $1,000, you are responsible for paying the full cost of your sessions until you reach that amount.

A copay is a fixed fee required by your insurance plan for each session. This amount is due at the time of service and remains the same regardless of how much of your deductible you’ve met.

Coinsurance is a percentage of the session fee you are responsible for after meeting your deductible. For example, if your plan covers 80% of the cost, you will pay the remaining 20% of what insurance approves.

In some cases, your insurance company may deny a claim — often due to coverage limits, plan exclusions, or changes in your policy. If this happens, you are responsible for the full session fee. Our billing team will always help clarify the reason for a denial and, when appropriate, re-submit the claim.
Cancellation Policy
We respect your time—and ask the same in return.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged a $130 cancellation fee.
We waive this fee one time as a courtesy—because we understand that life happens.
This policy applies to both therapy and psychiatry services.
