Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Leah earned her Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and completed her Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling Education with a focus in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at Western Michigan University. Along with her additional certification as a Clinical Supervisor, Leah has extensive experience working with children, adults, families, and couples in Residential Facilities, Community Mental Health, Acute Crisis Units, and Private Practices.

A certified birth doula with a passion for supporting women through all stages of motherhood, Leah understands the unique struggles that mothers face and is dedicated to walking alongside them to ensure they feel supported, empowered, and balanced. Leahโ€™s goal is to help individuals heal and develop the tools they need to create a more empowered life, with an approach that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and supportive, utilizing strength based, eclectic modalities including CBT. Leah specializes in working with couples and those with relational issues, clients experiencing life transitions, trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety, and those in any stage of motherhood.

Outside of work, Leah is a proud TiTi to two amazing nephews, loves to travel, explore new places, and spend time with family and friends. She is also passionate about all things wellness and self-care, and enjoys true crime documentaries.
